Service Now - Customer Service Requests
Deepa took the role of Project Lead as well as non-standard service requests process owner in a project building custom service requests. The complex project was dependent on other projects running concurrently as well as multiple teams from finance, legal and technology. A successful MVP resulted in a ten-hour per week reduction in time and an increase in request fulfilment.
Coles - Product Availability
The project aimed to be able to identify the source of truth for availability data so the availability of products could be seen on Coles’ website. Deepa had to identify all business rules to calculate the future availability of stock to ensure the delivery was fulfilled. She worked with the master-data management (MDM team), sales and procurement to ensure all business requirements were met. This project involved managing multiple projects and teams running across the enterprise.
