Introduction

Restive worked with a leading consumer electronics retailer to transform one of their most critical profit drivers: supplier rebates. Previously, manual processes were leading to inaccurate rebate management. By designing and delivering a centralised rebates and finance platform, we streamlined workflows, improved accuracy, and helped unlock millions in additional margin for the business.

The problem

Australia’s largest home entertainment retailer identified that a significant portion of its supplier rebates – a driver of profitability – were being missed or inaccurately collected. These inefficiencies stemmed from manual processes, fragmented systems, and limited visibility across departments.
